All of the products include local (IGIC) taxes. Proaloe Cosmetics reserves the right to alter prices at any moment. In that case, products will be sold at current prices during the order placement.

No extra costs. Transfer expenses on buyer. Must state purchase number given by website and name of client. Orders will be sent after the correct amount has been received in our bank account.

-Stripe: Quick and secure payment using your Stripe account or your Credit Card/Debit Card. Cost of service may apply. Determined by Stripe.


Proaloe Cosmetics reserves the right to deny a delivery or process an order if the client has not paid the full amount, has an outstanding amount from previous orders or has an ongoing dispute with the company.


Orders are processed on the following day of its completion and will be received by the client 3-10 working days after the payment has been made. This period can be affected by an unusual occurrence, incrementing the delivery period for reasons outside the company´s control.


In case of not being satisfied with a product our your entire purchase, you have 14 days from the delivery date to exercise your right to refund. For this, the product must be in perfect conditions and with the original packaging.

Delivery Expenses will only be compensated in the following situations:

-Error in the items received

-A product is faulty or has suffered damages during the delivery. In any of these cases, Proaloe Cosmetics will assume the delivery expenses.

One we receive and check the items, we will proceed by refunding the amount in the same method as the payment. In case of an exchange we will send the new product.

As a general rule, we do not disclose information obtained except when authorized by you, or in the following cases:
