1. Products
The products offered on our website are described as accurately as possible. All prices include IGIC, and Proaloe Cosmetics reserves the right to modify prices at any time. Orders will be invoiced according to the price in effect at the time of registration.
2. Payment Methods

Transfer fees are the responsibility of the customer. The order number and buyer’s name must be indicated in the transfer details. The shipment will be made once the payment is received. - Credit/debit card: No additional charge.
- Stripe payment: Fast and secure payment via Stripe account or card. No surcharge. Shipping costs will not be refunded under any circumstances.
3. Non-payment
Proaloe Cosmetics reserves the right not to process orders from customers with outstanding payments or active disputes.
4. Shipping
Shipments are made the next working day after the order is received. Estimated delivery times depending on destination are:

*If customs fees are charged in the destination country, they will be the responsibility of the buyer.
Proaloe Cosmetics is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (fortuitous incidents or force majeure).
5. Breakages, defects and wrong shipments
- Breakages or manufacturing defects: If the order arrives damaged or broken, contact us within 72 hours of receipt:

The product must be in perfect condition, unused, and in its original packaging. Please attach photographs to speed up processing. If the error was made by Proaloe Cosmetics, we will cover transport costs; if it was the customer’s error, the customer will bear the transport costs.
Claims made outside the indicated deadlines will not be accepted.
6. Right of withdrawal and returns
In accordance with Law 3/2014 and the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users:
- Withdrawal period: The customer has 14 calendar days from receipt of the product to communicate the decision to withdraw.
- Return period: After notifying withdrawal, the customer has 14 additional days to return the products.
- Conditions: Products must be returned in perfect condition, unused, and in their original packaging. In case of deterioration, use, or modification, a reduction in value may be applied after individual inspection.
- Return shipping costs: These will be borne by the customer, except in cases where the error was made by Proaloe Cosmetics.
- Refund: Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.
