Exchanges & Refunds

In case of not being satisfied with a product or your entire purchase, you have 14 days from the delivery date to exercise your right to refund. For this, the product must be in perfect conditions and with the original packaging.

Delivery Expenses will only be compensated in the following situations:

-Error in the items received

-A product is faulty or has suffered damages during the delivery. In any of these cases, Proaloe Cosmetics will assume the delivery expenses.

One we receive and check the items, we will proceed by refunding the amount in the same method as the payment. In case of an exchange we will send the new product.
